3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use XDocs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload or store illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service to spam, harass, or harm other users

3.2 Content Responsibility

• You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to XDocs
• You are solely responsible for the content you store and share through our service
• You warrant that you have the right to upload and store all content in your account
• You agree to back up important content independently of our service

• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law

7.3 Data Retention After Termination

• Most user data is deleted within 30 days of account termination

• Backup systems may retain data according to our backup rotation schedule

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Your use of the XDocs service

• Content you upload, store, or share through our service
